“Staff was wonderful. The bathroom toilet seemed not to have been scrubbed for quite a while. The tub bottom was curved so much made it difficult to stand with your feet flat to take a shower.”

“Renee at the front desk is amazing! Helpful, accommodating and informative! She helped us out when there was a small situation with not having the room we reserved because they were so booked and she was able to reserve our room on the same floor as our family who was traveling with us. The gentleman at the front desk was also very kind and friendly but we didn’t catch his name. The staff in the restaurant, for breakfast, were also very friendly and accommodating, as well. Very sweet employees...

Hotel is very clean , breakfast is as good as what you expect for the pay.
Room didn’t have any bad smell or any bugs so that is also great. Location is fantastic, everything you might want is close by.

“We were in town for the Yacht Club Festival and the Hyatt was perfect for our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable; the windows were huge with a view out over the river but had excellent curtains to block out the light of the city.
We were in and out several times to visit parks and attractions around the city and it was quick and easy to text valet and retrieve our car. It was a quick, safe walk to the festival grounds. I would definitely book here again. ”

“Every staff member was courteous and helpful. Literally the only reason I didn't give 5 stars all around was that we weren't told to use our key card to access our floor so the first 2 elevator trips were slightly confusing. The room was very clean, the view was gorgeous especially at sunrise, and valet parking was a huge bonus.”

“My husband and I stayed here recently to attend a concert at the Xcel Energy Center. We stayed on the 7th floor and had an incredible view of the river! The room was nice and clean.
