“The resort itself was very nice to stay in on the beach…the issue was once we arrived to check into our room. We arrived late Friday evening and checking in the attendant said, “I knew this would happen we are overbooked and your room isn’t available” and stated I had only paid for 1 night when in fact it was 2 nights and I had the receipt to prove it. I was told we would have to move rooms the second day and they would put us in a very nice room for the night and would offer us something for...

“It’s Memorial Day weekend so I know all hotels are booked, but the problem with this particular Hilton is that the locals park at the Hilton and then use the hotel’s pool, boardwalk and the hotel guest access to the beach so it was a nonstop steady stream of locals and their kids invading the hotel. The hotel’s pool is very small pool at this hotel. And it was filthy. The lobby was also insanely busy. It was overall a huge disappointment. And I paid $400 for 1 night!! We overheard the staff...
