Hotel storici a Coconut Grove

“The refrigerator had not been cleaned. We had to throw away some cooked beans. As soon as we came in the room, a mirror fell off. It did not break. We tried to re hang it but the nails were not strong enough. The balcony door was dirty.”

“We stayed at this property during the Coconut Grove Art Festival weekend. It is right in the middle of restaurants, shops, walks in the park and by the water, and of course the festival. The big room - which is located nearly at the top of a hotel that includes regular rooms and residences - is divided into a kitchen area and a bedroom area, with a comfortable king-size bed. The host communicated with us several times to ask how things were going. There is a Fresh Market as well as a CVS within...

“Very clean room. Great location, and staff was very friendly, and helpful.”

“Clean. Comfortable and convenient only thing was I can hear the people next to me all night and day which was annoying. But I loved the hotel it was nice and so was the area.”

“Hosts were so accommodating answered all my questions within five minutes. We thoroughly enjoyed our sta. beautiful views, room was clean, felt like we were part of the complex community. Had a great time while we stayed. Though a short visit, we will definitely be back again.”

“Beautiful view! And walkable to everything!”

“Nice place to stay, a bit bright specially in the morning so it is hard to sleep beyond sunrise. Decoration a bit outdated, central lights were not working. Besides that nice place”

“Really nice property in a great location. Room was perfect size for my wife and I. Internet worked great. Pool on the 8th floor had a tremendous view and the staff were very nice. Communication with the host was great. Check in was very smooth, as was check out.”
