Hotel a Cokercreek

“EVERY worker, from front desk to the dining area to the cleaning people to workers in the hallway and on the elevator, were SO polite, personal and helpful. They don’t seem to treat the customers as customers, but as family. My husband and I travel quite a bit and we have NEVER been so impressed by the staff. It was truly a blessing for us to stay in the company of such sweet, professional people. Thank y’all for everything!!! You made our stay…well, let’s just say, we didn’t want to leave!...

“Was ok and clean”

“The hotel can definitely use an update. As soon as you walk in there is a sign that says food delivery can’t come to your room which I think is crazy. The front desk clerk was okay. Not super friendly or welcoming. Housekeeping went ahead and cleaned our room and we hadn’t checked out yet. We had just took some things to the truck. Probably will not stay here again. But the beds were okay and it was semi clean not the cleanest. It was okay I’ll say that. ”

“The breakfast menu had coffee and juice and dome bread. The acessible tub did not have a wand.”

“Everyone is very friendly the room was nice and clean. We only had one issue and that was the tv had no sound. The front desk girl was going to put us in another room but it was getting late and we decided to stay in the room. Great place and people ”

“The staff was courteous. The pool was not available for use which was very disappointing for our grandson. ”

“The bed was clean and comfortable. The room was clean. The TV didn't have a good sound quality, the voice kept cutting out. It mad it hard to watch a program. The stations for the tv were limited. The b athroom had dirty corners, but the towels were good.”

“The refrigerator didn't work which was a huge inconvenience not to have cold drinks and t9 store my left over food”

“RE: Archer's Suite. Clean Room. No closet, bring hangers if desired there is a hanging hook(s) on door. Just be advised this room faces street and trains come through several times a night. Otherwise, communications with management excellent, convenient, nice and interesting place to stay in Historical District of Sweetwater. Parking not a problem.”
