“Staff was welcoming and very nice. Room was spacious. Bed mattress was terrible, weak springs to very bouncy like a trampoline. Pillows were fluffy, but zero support so nearly pointless. My personal MAJOR grip is that the wifi was not free, it was conditional. To finalize signing in it required becoming a Hampton Rewards member. I dont travel enough to have a rewards program of any kind and having to provide my entire name, email, contact to the rewards program when i have already paid for my...

“I can tell there is a change over in management since my last stay. Cleanliness was hit-or-miss. There was a trash can sitting in the hall next to the elevators on the fourth floor that was crawling in ants. I had to report it three times (once a day for three days) before anyone took care of the problem. The tables and the countertops in the dining area were dirty! I had to clean them myself in order to use the area.”

“Bathtub drainage was slow/clogged, had to change room. Second room is fine. Bed cover felt old and long-used. Was not comfortable to sleep. Was expecting better room condition and equipments overall with this well-branded hotel.”
