“If you stay here, don't count on manager Mario to address issues encountered during your stay with seriousness or empathy. My hotel room was not cleaned, but housekeeping entered to leave 2 towels, but left the used towels on the floor and then proceeded to leave the room and NOT close the door fully, opening guest to a potential security issue! This was verified with a room audit. The hotel overall is nice, but this experience and the follow up was not ideal!”
