“Our room was clean and plenty of space. Staff is friendly. Breakfast not so good. Coffee was cold and did not have much food at 9:15.”

“Went in the winter time and pool could have been warmer. Not many guests so quick service at restaurant and bar. Property and grounds were beautiful. Looks like a really fun summertime hotel when outdoor pool is open”

“Good parking. My only complaint is last night there were at least 15 loud door closes on my floor after midnight. So I got no sleep until after that. The doors are way too loud when they close. ”

“Best temp of an indoor pool and best water park slides all around! Standard family room was a little dated, but comfortable beds. front desk staff could be friendlier, but gift shop and candy/food shops and pool staff amazing!!”

“Do not stay here. The room we booked was suddenly unavailable so they “upgraded” us to a “better” room. The room we originally booked was a king, they gave us a queen spa suite. Which was newly renovated, but it was tiny and the jetted tub for two was definitely not for two adults. It was also in the middle of the room, and since the room was so small, you got the bed wet any time you used it. That jetted tub is also the only shower / bath in the room at all. Very weird. The bar was...

“Clean room & Lobby. Pro: Quiet area of western KC, Con: Parking lot & surroundings dimly lit, though seemed safe. Across street from the “Hereford House” steak house, is a plus.”

“I was disappointed that while staying there for four nights we had to replenish our own towels ave bring our garbage downstairs. Our beds were also never made. It was advertised that we would get these services every other day”

“Room had a loud dripping noise coming from the bathroom ceiling vent all night, and the bathroom door would not close all the way to isolate it. My keycard didn't work the first time and I had to get it reprogrammed. I had no instructions given to me as to how to check out, and there was no drop box or the like for my keycards when I left before staff was there in the morning.”

“Everyone at the Holiday Inn Express KC North Parkville were excellent . The Housekeeping staff were especially helpful with our room needs. The only concern was noise on weekends when baseball teams (teenagers) had games and stay at hotel. They can be quite loud running and horsing around in the hotel halls. Better parental supervision would be nice.”
