Once we got to the hotel they told us that they canceled because we didn’t pay online since we chose the pay at property option and they had high demand and they were booked out. After discussing they gave us the option to get a room (now they had availability) but for double the price. Scammers”

“The add ons that you’re not told about is very annoying. Passing twenty bucks per day to park is unexpected. The kiosk to get in and out of the same parking lot is crazy. Five cars in the line to get out whilst someone is fighting the kiosk is not uncommon. The staff though was quite friendly mostly. I think the atmosphere is good for littles but the pricing for the extras like food is very high. They also need more elevators.”

“My room was at perfect temperature when i arrived (requested). Room was immaculate, bedding firm and extremely clean, shower was very clean & well stocked with linen. The view of the baseball fields was an added bonus that I knew nothing about. Overall I was extremely pleased with the last minute accommodations here at Holiday Inn Parkville, MO.”
