“I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the floor (and unit) was. I don’t wear shoes inside anywhere and I was expecting my feet to be dirty but they weren’t. That is a huge deal to me. All utensils/cooking items/dishes/cups were in the kitchenette. The mattress was very comfortable for what it was. Overall a great price to not have to drive 2.5 hours from Denver and then hike for the day. I will definitely stay here again when planning time in the Leadville area. Right near the main road...

“Great location. Staying in a room in a home that built in the 1880s is far different than staying in a box like so many chain hotels offer. It was large, charming, and had microwave, small refrig, and cutlery. Made my time in Ouray so much more enjoyable.Steve, too, was super accommodating and let me stash my bag for a few hours before the room was ready. I would definitely stay there again.”

Its also great for a staycation.Very comfortable and very clean.They had a collection of toys and books for young children and it was great.”

“We’ve stayed twice on an annual trip to Red Rocks for the Avett Brothers shows. It’s a clean, well-maintained house that’s just an easy 15-minute drive from Red Rocks Amphitheatre. It’s also within walking distance from all that downtown Golden has to offer. And the evening view from the private outdoor patio is outstanding.
