“Very large and comfortable king size room with sofa and everything. Much appreciated the buffet breakfast included and the valet parking service. The location in the very city centre is a plus.”

“I booked this room for my daughter and son-in-law. When they showed up, they were told there had not been a working AC for 2 weeks! The initial employee was helpful and kind and did offer a fan or a cancellation but at the last moment there were very few choices. So they took the fan and got by and would’ve been ok but when they asked another employee about breakfast were dismissively told “I don’t know if we’re even doing that!””

“The staff were friendly and helpful. However, there were no pans, dishes, or utensils to use in the kitchenette room. No coffe pot and the one they gave after asking had a short in it. The king bed was worn down and uncomfortable. Floors needed serious mopping. The hotel is rougher side of a town.”

“Average hotel, the personnel is very friendly but the rooms are a bit noisy (a/c and highway). 10 minutes by car from downtown but without the car not much is available.”

“Hands down the best experience with hotel staff I’ve ever experienced. These folks seem to love their job and the people they work with. The friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered. It was a great stay because of the staff alone but then add a clean, comfy room and great breakfast. It was 10/10. Management is doing great.”

“We love the layout of the rooms, with the exception of the bathroom and sink. Layout is a little cumbersome. We enjoy the small kitchen area along with the small living area to relax. We especially enjoy the breakfast and the green chili! No other breakfast bar provides green chili. There was a large group of people of all ages attending breakfast and they took over. Loud, children out of control and standing in the way of other guests. This is not the fault of Hyatt, but I’m hoping one of this...

“Everything was excellent, except the bed was uncomfortably over-soft and I had trouble sleeping. And the parking lot for this land was sold off to a company that charges $20/day. Is everything about capitalizing gains? The staff is super nice though!”

“I specifically asked the receptionist over the phone and in person if the pool and hot tub were working she said yes. Hot tub and pool were open but the hot tub was cold. We asked about it and she said she was aware and there wasn’t anything she could do about it. If she would have told me that I would not have booked the hotel.”

“Room was nice. Staff was okay. Had to wait 15 minutes to check in, no one was at the desk. I am traveling with my 87 year old mother and having breakfast on site is one of the amenities I want. They advertise "free breakfast "!! There wasn't. Coffee and prepackaged muffins was it. Oh, and vending machines. Asked about it and my answer was, " I don't know. You need to talk to the manager. " I was not happy. I will not stay there again.”
