“Breakfast was good with several hot options, hard to keep everything stocked, but staff tried. It is not the cheapest hotel, so I was surprised to pay $21 a night for onsite parking. Room was spacious and good water pressure in the shower. Wish AC was stronger, it never got below 72 even though we had it on high the entire time.”

“The room itself was very nice and well put together! AC kept us cool all night, the view was nice, and there was ample space. The only problems we had was the shower was very dirty (combination of stains, hair, marks), the towels had numerous stains in them, and services were not easily accessible after hours.”

“While the staff was excellent ..... the Extended Stay Corporate office SUCKES!!!!! My sister-in-law and I both put down your $50.00 deposit for incidentals and it's been 6 weeks and no return off our deposits!!! There are no reason that our deposits have not been returned. I have sent an email and my sister-in-law has called twice and got nothing but the run around!!! I guess going on all my social media accounts and set them to public to let EVEREYONE know what a crappy company this...

“Average hotel, the personnel is very friendly but the rooms are a bit noisy (a/c and highway). 10 minutes by car from downtown but without the car not much is available.”

“Room was clean and staff was friendly. The main issue is the location: it’s quite close to downtown Colorado Springs (10-mins walk), but the surroundings are very sus… lots of weird people walking around. I felt completely fine, but my 18-yo daughter didn’t feel very safe.”

“Our host, Brandon, was friendly and helpful. He noted that because we booked through Expedia, he did not receive our personal information in order to contact us, so he was glad to have caught us upon arrival. The Indian Paintbrush room was lovely. Beds were comfy, hot tub was relaxing, small bathroom but large shower area. The breakfast was yummy! The B&B is steps away from the main drag of Old Colorado City, so there is a lot of shopping and restaurants nearby. We would definitely recommend...
