The Space:
Welcome to our carefully curated short-term rental in Colorado, perfect for couples, families, and business travelers. Whether you're here for a business trip, vacation, or weekend getaway, our meticulously designed home caters to your every need.

🛋️ Living Room: Relax in the comfy living area and catch up on your favorite shows on the large Smart TV. The open layout makes it easy to move around. For extra guests, there's a Queen sofa bed and bench seating cushions that can serve as a single bed.

🍳 Kitchen: Cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen. It features modern appliances, plenty of counter space, and all the utensils you need. Enjoy your meals at the high-top counter and make memories with loved ones.

🛏️ Bedrooms:
Master Bedroom: Unwind in luxury with a plush King bed, soft linens, and comfortable pillows, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
Second Bedroom: This cozy room offers a Queen bed, ideal for guests or family members, with both rooms tastefully decorated to foster a tranquil ambiance.

🛁 Bathrooms: There are two modern bathrooms ready for your use! Start your day with a refreshing shower. We provide fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

🌄 Outdoor Courtyard: Step outside to your private courtyard! Enjoy your morning coffee or have a BBQ in the evening. Play some Corn Hole and make lasting memories with your loved ones.

🧺 Laundry
A washer and dryer are included for added convenience during longer stays. Out of respect for those living in the upstairs unit, please use aerosols and fragrances sparingly as it can travel upstairs.

🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.

☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.

⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late

💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

🏡 Private Entry: This is a garden-level basement unit with a private entry. Please note that this is a shared space with the tenants upstairs, so you may hear some noise from above.

🚭 No Smoking: Smoking is NOT permitted anywhere on the property.

✅ City Permit: Don't worry about your stay being cancelled at the last minute due to a violation from the City forcing the unit to shut down. We are permitted with the city.
