Terrible
I've stayed at many rental properties and this one was the worst, in fact this is my first negative review. We arrived to find broken door locks on both sliding doors which rendered them useless for ventilation in a place with no A/C. Then we were treated to cockroach sightings on both floors. One of the couches had a broken leg and was pushed up against the wall to hide its condition and it dangerously collapsed upon use. Every outdoor chair was broken and unusable. When these issues were brought to the owners attention, she became combative and blamed us. To make matters even worse, she used the ring camera to spy and take pictures of members of our party and sent them through the app in the middle of the night. Amazingly, we were then informed realtors would be showing the property during our stay. I refused and was told they would be coming anyway, which they never did. Finally I asked her for a partial refund due to these issues and she responded with profanity and threats to my personal number. We ended up vacating the property before our rental term was over, as no one felt comfortable staying any longer. For its part, VRBO was very helpful assisting us through this ordeal.
