“The rooms are not like pictured at all. Layout is the same but very outdated. There was mold in the room, the door barely shut, and it smelled musty. There were cracks in the walls, rust in the shower, and only one sheet on the bed. Definitely won’t stay again.”

“Room was clean and comfortable, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc was included which is helpful. The hotel itself is fun, has pool table, fussball, etc. plenty of snacks for purchase. Staff felt a little informal, would prefer a bit more polished reception area, overall it feels casual and it was great!”

“It was a good location and nice room and comfortable bed. The shower though took 15 minutes to get hot. It would also be nice to have more carts available. One big cart for everyone in the hotel is not enough. Also, better food selections for breakfast. Pretty much the same thing every day.”

“It’s a brand new hotel seemingly, and it was very nice Ed’s comfy etc… but the room carpets clearly hadn’t been cleaned, on check in the lady behind the desk was just miserable and not very welcoming… Lastly the lighting in the room was terrible..
It wasn’t expensive so I shouldn’t complain but it was things that you expect to be better and easily”

“We liked our suite with the soaking tub. The QR code for pool food service did not work so We could not get food even though it was advertised. We ordered dinner in our room, the focaccia bread was over toasted, the bolognese was so salty and the pasta was overcooked, the cannolis were unsweetened. Breakfast steak sandwich was flavorless. The food was super overpriced for the quality of food.”
