“My mother, sister and I rented a lake view room with a king size bed and pull out sofa couch and everything was very comfortable and enjoyable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful!!! Will definitely be recommending the Hyatt Houston in Sugarland.”

“This property is not what you would expect from Hyatt. It is VERY dated and needs a total update. First, there was no hot water for 36 hours after we arrived. Mold in the bathroom the for would not close. All the furniture is chipped and scuffed. The lamps had broken switches and did not work. Wallpaper coming of the walls in the hallways. They did give us a new room after complaining to the front desk. Expedia negotiated a comp for the first night of our 3 day stay.”

“The updated room was very nice. I appreciated the newness of everything. The floor never seemed.like it was completely clean. The shower, while very lovely, was very slick and there was nothing to hold onto. As a senior citizen I did not want to fall. Also, when I.booked the room I did not realize that this was more of a "motel" style facility with no enclosed doors. I was disappointed that each room door opened to the parking lot. Lastly, there were, what seemed like some noisy children jumping...
