“the room wasn't cleaned and I took photos to show this to the Evening and the morning front desk staff. The Air conditioning panel didn't work and the toilet didn't flush.”

“The room was clean and nice. The staff at the front desk were polite mannerly and efficient. The problem was the noise levels from people in the hallways and in the rooms. There were children screaming and loud TV 's and music. I believe children were left alone in the room next to me and they kept trying to get into my room through the adjoining doors. The noise did not stop until about midnight. I will never stay at this hotel in the future. I am wondering if you have people living full time...

“Neither of the two front desk staff we interacted with were very friendly. The bathroom near the lobby had just been mopped and there was no wet floor sign, leading me to go flying when I walked in. The room itself was nice, but the ac spent all night turning off and loudly back on.”

“There was only 2 towels in the bathroom for 4 people every day and no bath mat the second day!”

“Great Hosts! Jim & Del and their Dog are amazing. They are very respectful for your space and your visit to their property. If you need anything they are one phone call away to help you out. My wife and our 2 kids and nephew are 4, 6, and 9 and they had an amazing experience. We will for sure visit again soon! Thanks again for the great memories! By the our dog Brodi 🐶 enjoyed is time very much too!”

“I booked this hotel with breakfast for out of town grieving guests with breakfast included hoping to make their stay easier. They were told at checkin that it was not included. Subsequently after some stress at a time we didn’t need it, plus conversations the staff realized their error but by then it was already upsetting for me and my guests. Just one more thing we didn’t need for a $300+ hotel night in Oshawa. Do better with the next folks.”
