“We travelled with 4 adults and a young child and found our room spacious and clean.The hotel is easy to reach off the highway.When we checked in we were told dinner was provided for free on Wednesdays.That meal was simple but very good.The included breakfast was also very good with many choices.We found all staff friendly and courteous.Good location if visiting the spa in Whitby”

“The TV did not work at all and there was NO help to fix it. The AC was unacceptable, as it was a portable unit that prevented the curtains from fully closing and was VERY loud. When I expressed my concerns and my displeasure with the room the front desk attendant did NOTHING and simply said “we don’t have any other rooms” So I was forced to stay BUT I WOULD NEVER recommend this hotel.
