“I booked this because it had such a high review (exceptional). I mean it was nice but I didn’t feel that this hotel was in the category of exceptional. It was clean and had a nice breakfast but I guess I was expecting more. We were disappointed in the pool for sure. It didn’t look very clean or clear. Pretty small. We stayed in another hotel a couple of days earlier with not as high of rating and we felt it was nicer. A free breakfast is always nice though. ”

“I have NEVER had a hotel take as long as this one to release my deposit and I stay in a lot of hotels. I stayed on a Saturday night, it’s Wednesday and they still haven’t released it and I always leave my room very clean. There were what sounded like kids partying in one of the rooms in my hall. I was kinda disappointed there was no bathtub but the room was clean and the cleaning people while walking through the hall to leave were very nice and the front desk...
