“The energy is low starting from the valet. He looks tired maybe because of the Arizona heat. Staff at front desk we didn’t feel the friendliness. I believed in “Service with a Smile”. “First off the front desk staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful with each interaction. The room was clean, beds comfortable and very nicely decorated and sizeable. Our only complaint was that the bar area did not have it's own trash receptacle, the only other one in the room was tiny. It is hard to clean up properly when you don't have enough space for your trash. Won't stop us from returning however. Thank you for a wonderful stay.”

“I was upgraded which I really appreciate it, but I was disappointed in the pool area. I expected it to be more of a result in style in upgraded and newer furniture. Also, my bathroom had stains on it, and I could not use it. I also recommend they get new ironing board pads as the ironing board is very hard. Alex expected the towels to be a better quality for the reviews I saw. These are all small things but I think they need to be addressed. Overall, I enjoyed the property.”
