“Inside the room was good, except needed a desk. The exterior was still in terrible shape. Dead grass, trees and bushes. Stained sidewalks. Lots of disrepair. There is a terrible stink when you walk behind the main building over the bridge. And the whole park your car and walk around is somewhat annoying.”

“The ambience was great. The room we were in was on the small side. Room was very clean, Desiree did a great job. Room lacked outlets around the bed had some just not enough to accommodate chargers. Needed an additional small table under the TV to allow for personal items. Soundproofing not good between the rooms however the Hacienda is a lovely historic property. My advice would be study the size/layout of your room before you book.”

“The hotel is so fun, and beautiful. The staff is friendly except for one lady on our last day of check out was kind of rude. Otherwise, everyone was so nice. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. Arrivo spesso negli hotel in anticipo anche di 6-7 ore dall'orario del check in e, se la stanza è già pronta, me la danno senza alcun sovraprezzo!Una cortesia in più che, al momento di lasciare una recensione sulla struttura, vale di sicuro tanto...invece domandando $25 si sono dimostrati davvero scortesi. Negativo. Peccato perché la struttura è accogliente e pulita. ”
