Hotel a Conrad

“I really appreciated that the gravy was vegetarian! Breakfast was fairly standard for a hotel, but everything tasted good and the biscuits in particular were really good. The staff at the front desk were very kind and helpful. Air conditioning was excellent, when I adjusted the temperature & fan speed I noticed those changes in the room temperature almost immediately. ”

“I went to St. Louis for my brother's Ordination, he recommended Drury Inn and Suites. I hadn't stayed at any before so I was like, I am not sure. When we walked in we was greeded with a smile Nakia , was so welcoming. We arrived hours early for check in. I was told not a problem have breakfast while we have your rooms prepared. “The room was very clean, staff very nice and there were no funky smells in the hotel or rooms. (Very clean smell). The water in the shower didn’t stay hot very long and no breakfast was available, but if a person is staying longer than a day or two it is nice that they have a full size refrigerator and area to cook and a microwave.”

“Everything was cool breakfast was good, it was clean in the room. The only thing we were disappointed with was the pool honestly looked kind of yucky. We didnt get in, the water was cloudy and questionable. Liked everything else though.”

“Breakfast is average one for quick grab and go type. Hotel is bit old and requires more maintenance and staffs are welcoming and helpful overall family friendly stay for a week in there. Easy commute to Walmart, Costco and Indian restaurants nearby”

“Check in was quick and smooth, however, when we arrived in our room, it was late and we wanted to go to bed. When we turned down the bed, the bed spread and sheets were visibly dirty and there was someone's body hair in the bed. It looked like it had been slept in and the linens not changed. Looking around the room, there were large stains on the chair and sofa and the bathroom wasn't very clean either. We requested a different room from the front desk, which they quickly provided. “Check in was very pleasant and quick (despite our late hour of arrival). Appreciated the free bottle of water and options available in the market. My room was very spacious with a very comfortable bed and well appointed bathroom / amenities. The TV was fantastic (especially helpful that, after a long and stressful day of travel, I didn't have to work through 1500 different menus to get to shows that I like). “My tv was a little too loud which was understandable but I’d recommend when staff comes to my room to not try to open the door or atleast call first. The bathroom fan didn’t work and woke up in the middle of the night to the vanity sink overflowing. Floor baseboard pieces were worn off and just tossed on the ground.”
