“Beautiful view and position”

“I have stayed at the Caboolture Riverlakes 3 times now, with a 4th already planned. The staff id always incredibly freindly and helpful. The rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable with everything you could need. The property is easy to access with a great location, central to nearly anything you want to experience visiting Australia. They even gave us a discount card for the zoo! Overall I never come to Australia without booking a room at this alestablushment for at least a night or two.”

“First up, the hotel is in a mobile signal black hole, Add to that, their wifi signals are weak and keeps dropping in and out (a known issue as acknowledged by management). There is only free to air TV channels as well. So, if you're fine with a total internet and phone black out during your stay, then this place is fine. “The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was sufficient. The evening meal was nice and the chef was fast. The only thing wrong was a very noisy exhaust fan in the bathroom but we were there on a weekend so probably no maintenance available. The did offer to change our room.”

“My room was never cleaned in the 3 nights. I mentioned this on the second afternoon and again it was not cleaned the next day. I was in Brisbane for work so all I needed was a clean room to sleep in when I got back.”
