Motel in Contea di Suffolk

“The hotel personnel was cordial but very cold in nature. Surroundings need major upkeeping, our room was not clean when we got in, and despite the fact that we noted the effort to renew the bathroom, only the wall tiling and mirror coukd be appreciated. The rest was sloppily completed and not cleaned. The rest of the room was run down, but the space was good. Breakfast options: bagels, toast, waffles, cornflakes and branflakes. Stop. Coffee, tea and oj. Housekeeping did not come to make...

“Abbiamo passato una notte allucinante con gente (pescatori?) che veniva in continuazione a prendere ghiaccio dal distributore posizionato a pochi metri dalla nostra camera e con la televisione posizionata nel retro della reception accesa tutta la notte. Scarsa pulizia in camera. In loco c’è sicuramente di meglio e a prezzi anche più bassi.”

Personale cortese al check in (avevamo avvisato e ci hanno atteso fino a sera inoltrata) e check out rapidissimo (abbiamo lasciato le chiavi nel box). Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Si raggiunge in 1 minuto la spiaggia a piedi. Parcheggio riservato che penso in stagione sia molto utile. In realtà la proprietà comprende anche The Ocean Resort Inn che è subito davanti.”

“Inn pulito e comodo, di fronte alla spiaggia e alla piazzetta centrale di Montauk. Camera grande con idromassaggio e due bagni, confortevole e ben arredata. Consigliato anche e soprattutto per il rapporto qualità/prezzo, tutti abbastanza cari in zona.”

“Posizione magnifica che vale il prezzo. Il condizionatore in camera molto rumoroso e attaccato al letto andrebbe sostituito. Magari riposizionare i letti potrebbe essere già una soluzione ma l’impressione è che non ci sia particolare interesse (e attenzione). Forse perché in quelle zone la domanda supera l’offerta.”
