“I love the king size beds, the warm cookies, family games that could be checked out at the front desk and the friendly staff. One more thing, I love the fact that they still have room service daily. ”

“I took a mini vacay for the grandkids. Been to Gatlinburg many times. First time in this hotel. Super nice and very clean. Accommodations were above standard. Our beds were amazing. The balcony was way bigger than expected. We were on the 6th floor. Within walking distance to almost everything. Only dislike was the $15/night parking. Would definitely stay here again.”

“It was very pretty in the lobby, hot tub. But pool could have been warmer,better steps in deep pool and pumps turned on in the outside pool with a little heat in water it was freezingcold oit there....but the pavilion was gorgeous and I LOVED SEEING THE BEARS THERE! The staff was awesome!!!! The unique pool area was cute, amd outside deck on pool was very nice just to cold of water n pumps weren't on to circulate the bees lol..”
