“Staff was very kind. I was hoping to use a crib during our stay, but there wasn't one available. They were apologetic and seemed like they cared about the inconvenience. Available cribs were one of the main reason I chose this hotel. The room had quite a bit of makeup or another light brown substance smeared on the door, light switch, and clock. “The Russell was an awesome stay. It's a very modern way of lodging - everything is text and code driven. There isn't a reception desk or bell-hop, which I found refreshing. The place is beautiful with the old church decor like stained glass and exposed rafters but with really modern rooms with every amenity you need.
