“Two things I look for when booking a hotel. Free parking and breakfast. The breakfast was the biggest disappointment. Two cereal choices and a broken juice machine. ”

“The outside of the building was really run down. When we entered the back of the building with our room key, the door was already unlocked! Breakfast was not too good. Not sure how it had such a high review rating on Expedia.”

“Asked multiple times for housekeeping and didn’t receive fresh sheets/towels.”

“We only came to this hotel for the pool just to find out it was closed. 4 hour drive for nothing. Couldn’t get a refund. The area is so scary. Everything is abandoned around. The buildings had the windows shot out. definitely didn’t leave the room until it was time for us to go home”

“This was my first time visiting Ohio and I could not have chosen a better place to stay. The room was incredible, spacious and had everything I needed. It’s a short drive to Westlake for shopping and additional food options. It’s quiet and close to the interstate but not so close that you can hear traffic. I was a solo female traveler this trip and safety is always a priority when I’m traveling alone, I felt safe the entire time and hotel staff were so sweet and remembered that I was solo and...

“Was a beautiful place great stay, clean and comfortable..”

“We love this hotel. Never had any issues. It's very quiet and private. Staff is friendly and accommodating. We'll continue to be repeat stayers.”

“Room was dirty like it wasnt even cleaned and smelled like urine. The hall way had the lights hanging down from the wires down the hall ways. The receptionist asked me to take out my own trash every day. They were not very friendly and took more time talking to each other extending the time it took to check in. The parking lot is terrible and most of the hotel is like someone stopped in renovating it. ”

“Great location especially if you need to go to Avon Cleveland Clinic. Walking distance to shops and restaraunts. The building was a tad beat up but clean. Basic things like broken bathroom fan and peeling wallpaper. Otherwise, comfortable, quiet, clean and spacious room.”

“Facility is nice, but there isn't much nearby except for a McDonald's. However, a 10 min. drive away is Avon Commons with a variety of food and shopping options. The biggest drawback is that the road access to the hotel is blocked at rush hour by drivers coming from the Avon Commons area who are trying to get on the freeway.”
