“The room seemed a little bit outdated. It was clean. The shower was not the best. When you went to turn the water on you had to put muscle in to turn it on.”

“We stayed at Days Inn by Wyndham San Antonio and had a very disappointing and upsetting experience. They advertise free breakfast, but both mornings the options were either unavailable or not refilled. On the first day, we were told they were out of bread. On the second day, by 8:45 AM, there was almost nothing left. When we requested a refill, the lady manager was extremely rude and unhelpful. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. “The floor on the 2nd floor was uneven with what felt like holes under the carpet. The ice machine on the 2nd floor was not working. Breakfast was a disappointment. Room was overall fine.”

“The lady who checked me in was sweet. However it was difficult to hear her though the glass. She also wasn’t able to photocopy my ID so I had to wait over an hour to get my ID back. Once we got in our room there was no ice bucket, only one washcloth and it was sweltering. This was ok for us since it was way last minute, and it cooled rather quickly. The toilet also had issues with flushing, and on looking into the tank the flapper valve needs replacing. Other than that it wasn’t bad. ”

“Paid 200 bucks for room with jetted tub and it did not work. Long hair was on counter clearly not mine.dead bug in the regular tub room definitely wasnt properly cleaned ”
