“The staff was wonderful and the room was clean but the air conditioner was not working in our room. They did transfer us once we told them there was a problem. ”

“We stayed at Days Inn by Wyndham San Antonio and had a very disappointing and upsetting experience. They advertise free breakfast, but both mornings the options were either unavailable or not refilled. On the first day, we were told they were out of bread. On the second day, by 8:45 AM, there was almost nothing left. When we requested a refill, the lady manager was extremely rude and unhelpful. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. “Honestly had a great stay here. The room was clean, everything worked well, and it was nice and quiet at night. The location near Lackland AFB was super convenient, and the staff was friendly and helpful. For the price, I was really impressed. Would definitely stay here again.”

“The lady who checked me in was sweet. However it was difficult to hear her though the glass. She also wasn’t able to photocopy my ID so I had to wait over an hour to get my ID back. Once we got in our room there was no ice bucket, only one washcloth and it was sweltering. This was ok for us since it was way last minute, and it cooled rather quickly. The toilet also had issues with flushing, and on looking into the tank the flapper valve needs replacing. Other than that it wasn’t bad. ”
