“Breakfast was amazing everyday. They cleaned the rooms daily. Staff is welcoming and polite. They provide maps of the USAFB for families. Location is close to the base. Plenty of close parking available. We've stayed twice now for both of our kids that went through the USAF BMT. It's like a home away from home.”

“Room was nice and big beds- facilities looked a bit dull and in need of renovation. There was a no-pet policy, however, there was a dog barking for hours close to our room. The tv in the room was extremely tiny but did its job. No major complaints, my family and I slept good and there are breakfast restaurants close by. Good location”

“Very clean, smelled great. Comfy beds. Fridge worked well. Older decor, but well worth the price.”

“The lady who checked me in was sweet. However it was difficult to hear her though the glass. She also wasn’t able to photocopy my ID so I had to wait over an hour to get my ID back. Once we got in our room there was no ice bucket, only one washcloth and it was sweltering. This was ok for us since it was way last minute, and it cooled rather quickly. The toilet also had issues with flushing, and on looking into the tank the flapper valve needs replacing. Other than that it wasn’t bad. ”

“Staff was very helpful with our reservations and anything we asked for from the housekeeping staff. Breakfast was nice. Unfortunately, a portion of our stay was marred by a loud and rowdy large high school group on the floor above us. Both mornings they were there, they absolutely crowded and took over the breakfast seating area, standing in the way and congregating and talking loudly. The coach even held her meeting with this large group right in the middle of the dining area, blocking...

“Paid 200 bucks for room with jetted tub and it did not work. Long hair was on counter clearly not mine.dead bug in the regular tub room definitely wasnt properly cleaned ”

“Great room for the price and location. Met my needs and got a good nights rest. Comfortable bed.”

“The floor was dirty,the bathtub had brown stains in it and did not drain properly. The mat they provided was full of mold. They didn’t replenish linens when they took the dirty ones and did not provide enough in the first place. This was one of the most unclean places I have ever stayed. The only good thing we got out of it was they did offer us a ride to the store cheaper than an uber since my rental didn’t work out on the first day. I will stay here again.”

“Not bad for a scrambled eggs and home fries so dried. We only had breakfast, once. ”

“The Staff was amazing, we did experience a couple of issues but the Staff was able to work them out as quickly as possible (air went out in the room, lost hot water for about 24 hours). Even with that I would still recommend and stay here again. ”
