Che tu sia interessato alla pesca, alle attivitร  acquatiche, allo shopping o semplicemente al relax, questo รจ il tuo posto. A solo un isolato da Aransas Bay, a due isolati dal centro storico, a pochi minuti da Rockport Beach e dal varo, e cinque minuti da Cove Harbour. Tutto ciรฒ che devi portare รจ l'attrezzatura da pesca, i costumi da bagno e gli asciugamani da spiaggia o la carta di credito per lo shopping.

Il ponte posteriore รจ perfetto per godersi la vista sulla baia con il caffรจ del mattino guardando le barche di gamberi che escono e i cocktail serali al loro ritorno.

Tutte le zone giorno sono elevate con vista sulla baia dalla zona giorno concetto aperto compreso il tavolo da pranzo. Ci sono due camere da letto con letti matrimoniali. La camera da letto principale ha un bagno privato. La seconda camera ha una terrazza privata affacciata sulla strada. La terza camera ha un letto a castello XL con materassi memory foam da 10 "che possono ospitare comodamente un adulto da 6" 6 ". C'รจ una poltrona a due letti pieghevole nella zona giorno. C'รจ una lavatrice / asciugatrice impilabile disponibile per la vostra convenienza.

Per coloro che vogliono gustare i pasti cucinati in casa, approfitta della cucina completamente attrezzata con ripiani in granito e isola con posti a sedere. Al piano inferiore utilizzare la griglia a propano o la friggitrice a doppio bruciatore per cuocere il pesce fresco o l'ebollizione di gamberi. Tutte le pentole e propano sono inclusi. Inoltre per il tuo divertimento sono inclusi 2 kayak con pagaie, giubbotti di salvataggio e ancore.

Excellent home away from home

This is a lovely house. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Grill worked perfectly. Showers are fantastic - pressure and temperature. Stairs and under house porch are well lit at night - very important as i had a visually impaired family member with me. Table and island are big and ideal for family meals. Sofas and beds are super comfy. Extra floor fans in every room make for refreshing sleep. Only thing to consider (not a deal breaker by any means) is the third bedroom with the bunk twin beds is very small and narrow. There's a mounted fan in the room but it was still a bit stuffy for my adult nephew. It's better suited for children than adults. Other than that it's a great place. Location is convenient. Short drive to Rockport Beach and a few mins distance if you want to just walk along the rocky edge of the water. Communication with prop mgr was outstanding. We had an issue with some yellow jackets and Alicia was on site within 15 mins to take care of them. She inspected every chair and plank outside to make sure they were all taken care of. Highly recommend this place.

Perfect Fishing Getaway

Our family stayed here for my son's 21st birthday and we all did a charter fishing trip out of the Conn Brown Harbor to celebrate. The home was beautifully appointed and it felt like home away from home. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and the patio was breezy and had plenty of outdoor seating. We didn't make use of the kayaks but loved that it was an option for the taking. Communication with Rick and Kathy was great and we had a fantastic family getaway. Thank you guys! The Liddell Family

Cute and quiet

Cute, quiet beach house. Great neighborhood close to water. Rockport was great! Home had basic dishes required for cooking. No food items are allowed to be left so be sure to bring anything you need!! Master shower was exquisite!! Simple access to home

Perfect for a long weekend trip

This was our fourth time to stay at this property. We love the location, close to the water and restaurants. Big table for games and puzzles. Always clean. Lots of outside seating. Love the new lights on the stairs.

Perfect Place

We enjoyed our stay at the Bayview Bungalow. The house had everything we needed for our extended family weekend getaway. We enjoyed the bay views and the jetty that was easily within walking distance, as well as the cute little shops nearby. The kitchen was well stocked and had all we needed to prepare a couple of meals during our stay. Weโ€™d definitely stay here again!

Perfect Property in Rockport

We had a great stay at this home in Rockport. Very clean, easily held 6. We watched fireworks from the back porch! Would def recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Rockport.

Amazing vacation home!

This was by far the best vacation home we have ever stayed in! Clean, convenient location, comfortable, and secure parking for our 22 ft boat. We will definitely be back again.

Delightful stay

Property was a delight. Indoor and outdoor spaces comfortable. Quiet. Very convenient to old downtown Rockport. Short drive to nice beach. Host was quite attentive. Spotless home with well-equipped kitchen.

Great place!

Three bedroom, two bathroom beach house close to the Rockport Cultural Art District and close to the bay. It was comfortable, decorated nicely, and had everything we needed. The dining table and family room seat six. There are two bar stools at the kitchen island and two extra chairs in the house. Two bedrooms have a queen size bed in each of them, and one bedroom has bunk beds. Bunk bed room is very small, but fine for sleeping and very cozy. There is a deck on the west side of the house outside of a bedroom (2 seats), and a deck on the east side of house outside of the family room (6 seats). There is also seating under the house for 6-8. The house was very clean and decorated nicely. The beds and furniture were comfortable and sturdy. There were plenty of ceiling fans, standing fans, and TV's throughout the house. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. It was a great place for our family to gather together!

Great Girls Weekend

We have stayed at this property multiple times and it is our go to vacation rental in Rockport! We had a wonderful weekend and enjoyed walking to the shops downtown and spending time visiting and catching up on the deck. Great view, quiet neighbors, and everything you need to relax and unwind.

Wonderful Place to Stay

Location is wonderful - just two blocks from the water and about the same distance to lots of small shops. The house is SO cute! Perfect beach decor. We enjoyed our stay immensely!

Perfect Family Getaway

Due to family sickness, we all thought our family vacation was not going to happen. The owners went out of their way to help us and we just finished a great week in Rockport, TX! The property is wonderful. It is only a quick walk to the ocean or wonderful downtown shops. A few blocks away if several seafood shops out in front of the boats that caught the seafood...fresh! The house was perfectly stocked for us to cook, play cards and games, and comfortable chairs to relax. Very well stocked kitchen and a BBQ grill. Bathrooms were well stocked with lots of towels. Probably our best VRBO stay! Thanks guys.
