“Lucked into this gem. We stayed in unit 104 and walked into a newly remodeled unit. The grounds were kept clean and neat. Beach is a block away and Pier 60 is a walkable 15 minutes away. Great overall location and Great Staff!!!! Definitely staying here next time we visit. ”

“We will absolutely stay again. The young man that checked us in was so nice and welcoming, he let us check in early so we could enjoy tge day at the beach. Lovely place!”

“The staff was wonderful and quick to respond to any questions. They also are very friendly. When you stay here you are close to everything dining shopping and close to the beach! Not to mention the carts chairs and towels you need for the beach! My family had a blast both in and out of the room! Would highly recommend to anyone who’s planning a trip to Clearwater!”

“The property is old. So there are some things that may not be up to the standard of some people. With that being said for it being an older property the place is clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff is great. Great place for an affordable room. ”

“I had read the reviews and they reflect my experience: it’s a small hotel (less than 30 rooms), with small rooms but we’ll organized. I was traveling solo, so it was ok with me but, if you travel with others, you really need to be intimate as the bathroom is really tiny. Very helpful host and I was also allowed to leave the room one hour later than normal check out. The hotel has a pool but I opted for the beach which is beautiful and literally across the street.
