“I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect. The pictures online looked good; however, it was on a major highway.I wanted something reasonably priced near Tarpon Springs. What I found was a clean, inviting space, friendly staff and convenient to the location my out of town family wanted to see. Both my family and I all enjoyed our stay. We will be back.”

“The hotel has a great location. The beach is 5 minutes away. Quick check-in. The owner is nice and welcoming. The room is cozy, modest, has everything you need. The room itself is more or less clean, although there are some nuances. But considering that we came to relax on the beach and not sit in the room, everything was ok for us.”

“It was a very nice overenight staay. We had to book last minute but the staff accommodated us by checking us in almost at midnight even though the office closes at 9”

“I had read the reviews and they reflect my experience: it’s a small hotel (less than 30 rooms), with small rooms but we’ll organized. I was traveling solo, so it was ok with me but, if you travel with others, you really need to be intimate as the bathroom is really tiny. Very helpful host and I was also allowed to leave the room one hour later than normal check out. The hotel has a pool but I opted for the beach which is beautiful and literally across the street. “The property is old. So there are some things that may not be up to the standard of some people. With that being said for it being an older property the place is clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff is great. Great place for an affordable room. ”
