“One problem we encountered was that the room had not been cleaned. The staff came in, made the bed and collected the towels, but did not vaccum or replace towels until we asked later in the day. Also, the TV had a very dark picture. The staff told me they were in the process of replacing the TVs, apologized and provided two drink vouchers.”

“It’s a great hotel. Always friendly, clean, and quiet.”

“GREAT staff. It was a quick solo trip. Never stay at a casino alone but I definitely got more than I bargained for. Military Monday was a good addition also. Thanks to the kind ladies at the front desk. I AM NOT A BOT LOL. Enjoy yourself if ya go! 🙏”
