“The fire alarm kept going off at 5am-7am, no notification of what was actually going on by the staff, completely ruined my stay at hotel,hardly slept, pool closed at 8pm, which is rediculously early,breakfast was horrible, will stay at holiday inn or Marriott from now on, no garbage bags in garbage cans”

“The only complaint is the air conditioning in the room. It facing the bed and blows right on you! You are either freezing or burning up!”

“We arrived after a 13 hour drive and we were exhausted but the woman at the front desk was incredibly nice and check in was a breeze!! We chose this hotel so we could bring our dog and were pleasantly surprised with the atmosphere! The room was great too! Free popcorn, coffee and water at all times in the lobby. “Everything was great”

“The room was dirty, the sheets hasn’t been washed but I got in the hotel way too late at night and was too tired to ask for another room. The tub was dirty full of hair, the head board all screwed, it look like a big cat had scratched.”
