“I didn’t receive make-up service for the room after the night. I hadn’t put any sign on the door but noted that most of the time the make-up service at that floor was running at late afternoon and this is not acceptable. I was in room 709 Marina Tower”

“L albergo é in una zona strategica fra little Italy e Gaslamp quarter e seaport park sicura adatta anche a passeggiate serali. Come tutti gli USA San Diego ha prezzi abbastanza cari. Albergo grande ma in ordine ha la piscina e la pulizia discreta. Colazione consiglio seaport village. ”

“All’arrivo la struttura è molto bella, maestosa, ci si aspetta lo stesso dalle camere,in realtà non è proprio così, le stanze andrebbero sistemate un pochino meglio nei particolari(poteva valigie rotto, cestino rotto, rubinetto nella vasca rotto). La colazione molto buona e varia, la piscina altrettanto ma ho trovato estremamente assurdo per una catena di questo calibro rientrare in camera e trovare il bagno ancora sporco con capelli a terra, asciugamani parzialmente cambiati, bicchieri sporchi...

“The first night was fine. The first associate that helped was nice, but they gave us an ADA room, which we didn’t ask for and had trouble using certain things since it’s for people with different abilities so that was frustrating. Then during check out the lady said she would email my receipt and there was no email attached apparently so when I called to get my copy the lady over the phone said the lady who checked us out on (5/30/26) should have seen that and asked for my email.
