“There was no staff. The front desk made absolutely sure that they would not give us any help as we were renting from a tenant. The glasses were filthy and the ironing board was sticky and unusable. It was in a great location for us and we only had to spend one night so ….. we wondered why they supplied us with earplugs and we soon found out the reasons. It was also extremely noisy! ”

“Reception inesistente, arredo delle camere fatiscente, angolo cottura in condizioni pessime, piatti e bicchieri in dotazione spaiati , bagno con vasca scrostata. Molto rumoroso sia di giorno sia, soprattutto, di notte.La classificazione è sopravvalutata. Unico lato positivo è l'ubicazione ma tutti gli hotel in zona Waikiki sono comodissimi alla spiaggia che è raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi. Consiglio di visionare bene le foto: spendendo poco di più ci sono hotel con servizi decisamente...

The one small issue was that only one key card was provided so partner had to be let on the elevator/in pool if we were not always together. We did not ask, or request a second card so no fault of the host. Just be aware to indicate you need a second card. ”

“Our room was not ready at the check in time. The cleanliness was sub par at best. Light over shower was out and very dim in the bathroom. No wash clothes. The bed was comfortable and the location was great. I would not stay in this unit again. We were traveling with friends who had a super nice condo and we paid about the same price. ”

“Extremely clean hotel and rooms. They always have a special event going on the highlights different foods, hawaiin culture and activities. Amazing for families or those looking for a quick trip. Location is walking distance to all the great shops and beaches. Bus stop is also nearby. Free laundry open 24/7! Pool deck was nice but it was under construction during our stay. When it’s up amd running, it will definitely be a great spot with amazing views of the beach and waikiki. One of the best...
