“An hotel in a very central position, with a good option for parking nearby. Everything else is quite average and maybe even less than expected considering what we spent. The breakfast was a disaster: they asked me the room number and said ok... then eventually come back to my table while I was eating asking for money cause it was not included...what??

“Staff are really friendly and very helpful rooms are lovely and clean and beds are very comfortable supplied with plenty of fresh towels and room for all your belongings and the restaurant has amazing food lots of choice and good value for money and cooked fresh this is my 3rd visit and will continue to stay ”

“Excellent overnight stay. Our room was much bigger and quieter than expected after reading some reviews. Main area had a comfy double bed with plenty of space around it, bedside units, long dressing table and large tv. There was a big dressing area with clothes storage and then a good size bathroom. Rain shower was centred in the bath so one could move freely under the powerful spray.
We ate in the restaurant and found the meals to be generous, tasty and very good value. Bar prices were also...

“Had a fabulous evening and night. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The accommodation a food very good overall. We were gloriously entertained throughout the evening by Chris and wonderful magic and card tricks. The location and village is charming and we were made welcome by locals. Overall a lovely time had”

“I wasn’t sure what to expect due to mixed reviews. However I had a ground floor room as requested. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and importantly for me the hairdryer was good. The bathroom had a bath with a shower. The overhead shower was powerfully enough and the water was hot. I wasn’t disturbed by noise, it was peaceful. My tv worked. Kettle was clean.
The only downside was my room felt a bit cold. I didn’t ask about the heating, maybe if I had they’d have helped.

"Nel complesso esperienza molto buona. Personale della reception accogliente e ha spiegato tutti i servizi principali in modo esaustivo. Camera piccola ma accogliente, con tutto l’essenziale e per una notte più che soddisfatta. Letto molto comodo. A pochi passi da castello, da diversi pub dove andare a cenare o a bere qualcosa. A pochi minuti dal centro, se uno vuole fare un po’ di shopping, e a una decina di minuti a piedi dalla stazione..ottima posizione!"
