“Welcome was lovely, room was really pretty with nice touches, pretty noisy though, you'll be lucky to get a solid nights sleep. Breakfast wasnt great either sadly. Overall though it was a lovely, pretty, welcoming hotel for a single night stay.”

“A lovely quiet location with friendly staff and great service. We were in the loft room (Room 6) which was lovely and cosy and the air con addition was really nice and mad either very cool when it got a little warm. Only thing to note is that there is no stand up shower in this room, we absolutely loved the huge tub and was super nice to have a bubble bath in there and there is a hand held shower head but if you like a stand up shower or have mobility issues this room might not be for you. “The Old Stocks was our favorite stay in the UK despite having stayed at many 5 star hotels. The outside patio is beautiful and relaxing. We loved our breakfast server who showed us a nest with baby doves. The avocado toast was incredible! The location is perfect for hitting all the shops in Stow and for visiting other towns. They have designed the hotel in a way where it has character and a funky modern style. Can’t recommend enough!”

“The online photos failed to live up to the actual accomadations. An Example, the room was smaller then appears in the photo. The patio felt short of the photos and need to be cleaned. The most concerning was the mold in the shower. TV was small and ackwardly placed on the wall for viewing. Positive parking was great and everything was in Walking distance. Comfortable bed and nice linens. Also the staff was friendly.”
