“Upon arrival, no one was tending to the front desk. Another customer walked in and stated he believes they went to the airport. The room smelled clean but the sink had red toothpaste in it from a previous customer. I killed 2 water bugs inside the room and the bed was hard and lumpy”

“The website says that it was dog friendly. That is why we rent the rooms. When we got there, dogs were not allowed. I ended up having to give a $200 deposit to keep the dog there. I’m supposed to get the $200 back in 3 to 5 days. We left the room clean and five dollar tip to the maid. The room was awesome.”
