“My brother was in room 304 handicap room , with his wife, no place in the bathroom to plug in the hair blower. I was in 303, put awake up call for 5 am. No phone call, thank god I set my phone. Breakfast was ok, but the sausage was so burnt it was had to cut it with a knife.”

“We stayed from Friday to Wednesday and our room was never cleaned. The front desk was helpful in providing clean towels and plastic bags for trash and explained they were low on staff. The team at Burger Theory: Cece and staff were great!”

“Our stay here was mediocre. Not sure how it an excellent rating because I wasn’t impressed. The good parts were a comfortable bed and easy parking. Bad part was the shower caulking needs to be replaced as it looked moldy and was peeling. There was a razor in the bathroom trash can when we arrived (gross!), so was the room not cleaned well or did someone use it really quick after it had been cleaned…? Additionally, the kitchen area was lacking! Mismatched kitchen ware, looked like they gathered...

It’s located near the airport, eateries of all kinds (Olive Garden is just a few steps away from the hotel.), shopping centers, and I-64 (towards Richmond and Virginia Beach, either direction). “The staff was great. The room was nice. The only thing I would say would be the pull out sofa bed mattress needs to be changed out.”

“My stay at this hotel was absolutely horrible. The staff was completely unhelpful whenever issues were brought to their attention, and the condition of the room was unacceptable. The room was extremely dirty upon arrival, there was even moldy food left inside the microwave. The bed sheets were stained and clearly not properly cleaned, which made the room feel unsanitary and uncomfortable.
