“It was a nice hotel. Staff was excellent. Did not like the $50 refendable charge added at check in for breakfast. Never had that experience before. Hotel was noisy from rude people and highway noise. Hotel needs an update, but good place to stay.”

“I can’t put into words how great my stay was at Element PTC. From the GM to the staff EVERYONE WAS GREAT! I was truly sad to leave! They made me feel like family. The complimentary breakfast was awesome EVERYDAY as well as the chefs and prep team! Front Desk staff were Super! The cleaning staff was very attentive! Please please stay here! Love me some Element PTC ALL BECAUSE OF THE WONDERFUL STAFF! Thank you all for a great stay!! I will be back ”

“Abbiamo trascorso due settimane piacevoli e senza nessun problema. L'hotel è accogliente, il servizio gentilissimo, la posizione e la disponibilità del parcheggio, ottimi. Utilissima anche la possibilità di avere sia la WiFi che le telefonate urbane gratuite. Se dobbiamo lamentare qualcosa è solo per la frequenza delle pulizie (1 volta la settimana) ed i materassi un pò troppo 'duri'. A parte questo, consigliamo vivamente a tutti il Candlewood Suites Newport News.”
