Nautical Point! Gorgeous Main Channel Water Views! LEVEL 2 Car Charger!

PRIVATE LOT on a point with Expansive Views and a Level 2 Car Charger!  Newly remodeled Navy and white nautical themed lakehouse - located in a GREAT location on a main channel of Smith Lake! Minutes from Smith Lake Park, Brothers Restaurant/Marina and Trident Restaurant/Marina and a short drive into Cullman, for dining, shopping and local festivals. Three bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Enjoy the views of the lake during the day from the deck or from the dock.

Less than 10 steps to the dock.  The dock has a covered and uncovered area on the swim pier/dock for sunning and lounging by the water.  A stainless steel fish cleaning station with faucet for the fishermen on the trip and this is a great location for trophy Striped Bass.   Tie off your boat on the dock, equipped with new bumpers and cleats.  3 Kayaks and a New Paddle Boat are available for exploring the lake.

Rinse off from the lake in the large enclosed outdoor shower house, which has hot and cold water.  (Water service to the dock and outdoor shower will be turned off during the winter season, danger of rupturing the pump.)

Then, at night, relax around the fire pit (with 7 adirondack chairs). Fire wood provided at the house.

Additional sleeping on the queen sleeper sofa with new memory foam mattress in the living room.

PETS CONSIDERED -  with payment of pet fee and additional cleaning fee. No cats (owner allergic). Please do not allow pets on beds or furniture.

Dock utilizes solar power for guest safety. Dock has a fish cleaning station, dog ladder, 3 kayaks and paddle boat. Boat slip is not available for guest's use; However, dock has new bumpers and cleats for dockside mooring.

Wifi available. Direct TV with Disney Plus, Netflix, Hulu, Prime TV, ESPN.

Plenty of parking, as home is situated on two lots (4-6 cars and boat trailer.)

Please Note: The owner has exterior Security Cameras installed at the gate, driveway, fire pit, front door, dock, and shed. No interior security cameras.

Peak Season: No Saturday to Saturday rentals. (Friday to Friday or Sunday to Sunday are fine).
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE.

Everything we never knew we needed
The owners/property managers thought of everything! We packed s’mores and board games/cards, but the home already had that waiting for us! The house was clean and rooms comfortable. Easy access to the water and floating dock with kayaks and a paddle boat. We had campfires every night with wood which was provided, and spent our days on the water. We will definitely be returning!!

Great find
This house is a hidden gem. It had everything you could possibly need. It was very clean and all was in working order. Alll the furniture and decor was very nice. We did use the car charger with the tesla adapter and we did not have any issues. The whole process was very smooth. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Get Away!!!
This is a quaint little property on a great section of Smith Lake. The home was very clean and there were enough supplies for me to tidy up when needed. It's a small home with three bedrooms and one bath but there is plenty of outdoor area to give you elbow room. There is one full bath inside but the home also has an outdoor shower that is fabulous. The fishing is great in this area of the lake. We enjoyed using the firepit, fishing from the dock and taking the kayaks out one afternoon. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Absolutely amazing view
The process was seamless. Owner explained route and location with no hiccups. The property was located in an amazing spot with beautiful view of the lake. Only item I would recommend is, ensure to drive a small SUV or Car. This is only due to the roads getting to the property. Other than that, we loved it!
