"JAX JOINT" - Walk to Arrowhead restaurant, Boat launch at Arrowhead

RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RETURN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TO SMITH LAKE RENTALS. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, parties.  Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved.  Violation will result in eviction.

Maximum occupancy: 8 people

Cozy house located near Arrowhead Park and Arrowhead Restaurant (seasonal). 2 bedrooms and a loft area with a 3rd bed (must go up spiral staircase to access loft).  There are 1.5 bathrooms. The bedrooms on the main level have a private sink/toilet in each bedroom, and share a shower.  The loft shares the bath on the lower level.

No waves to deal with and this area is GREAT for bream fishing!  Guests have use of two paddleboards.

Bedroom 1: Full size bed - Main level - Washer and Dryer in the bedroom
Bedroom 2: Queen size bed - Main level - private toilet and sink
Additional sleeping in Loft (Queen Size bed)

Pets are allowed. Not allowed on the furniture.

One boat slip (9'x22') and one PWC port available. There is also a paddleboard for the guests' use. Dock touches ground at 506, completely on ground at 499.   CHECK YOUR WATER LEVELS.

House has parking for 3 cars max or 2 cars and a boat trailer.  Put the boat in the water before bringing the trailer to the house.

Charcoal grill , WiFi , NO Satellite TV. Smart TV's have DVD player with DVD library. Streaming available with Netflix.

PEAK SEASON: no Saturday to Saturday rentals.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE.

Not clean
The bed was broken. You would roll to the middle and sleep was impossible. The sheets on all three beds had debris on them and hair. House did not smell clean sheets and bedding smelled unwashed. Parking was difficult especially if you brought a boat. Roads in to property are not paved. We had a truck and still had issues navigating the road. We left our trip a day early One gentlemen from the emergency line we called was helpful but the property manager did not respond until a day later after I messaged her about the unsatisfactory stay .
