“Such a cute place! The room was clean and comfy. Loved the in room fireplace and beautiful bathroom. There was a common area stocked with games, hot drink options and snacks. The hotel overlooks the harbor and there are outdoor seating areas to take in the sunset and views. Easy to walk to shops and dining options. ”

“Room carpet was dirty and sticky. They still put us in a pet room even though we dont have pets. Breakfast wasnt even worth waking up for. Will never stay at a best western again if this is the standard ”

“Breakfast was ok, best part was the woman working it. She was super friendly. The bathroom fan runs with the light, can’t turn it off and it was really annoying. Other than that it was great, very quiet. ”

“They need Better pillows, also quiet hours weren’t really a thing, I got woken up a lot from voices in the other room or in the hallway. Overall the place was nice and clean. Very friendly owners as well. ”

“Staff was amazing…room was clean, cozy with whimsical decor. Bed was super comfy. Had an amazing breakfast in the lobby restaurant. Was in the perfect location to walk the glass bridge and visit the glass museum. Lemay car museum super close as well. ”

“I’ve stayed here before when it was new. It was so nice. Easily a 4-5 star property. The rooms are in need of updating urgently. This is a lovely property in a wonderful area. Unfortunately, now it is a 3 star hotel at best. I would not likely return unless it is renovated. Hopefully renovations are in the very near future. ”

“Needed a place to stay near Tacoma but not downtown, this fit the bill. Bathtub stopper not present, all else was good.”

“The hotel is a bit dated. When checking in they do not tell you that they do not clean your room daily unless you ask. Also when checking in they declined to honour our government-issued tax exemption card (for diplomats) that is widely accepted citing some vague explanation as to why they could not.”

“There were police officers present to address issues when I was arriving and in the morning panhandlers were walking in front of my room on the second floor. The room smelled like vomit and cigarettes. Please don't go to this hotel! ”

“The room was okay cleanliness wise but the sheet had a burn hole, there was hair stuck to the shower wall, the toilet paper was half gone and rerolled poorly. The AC/Heater needed a new filter it also didn't want to heat up until we set it to almost 80. The seal around it was coming off letting air and small critters from outside in. The water was either scalding hot or ice cold there was no in between. There were 2 sets of pillows. 1 set was completely deflated and the 2nd was big and puffy and...
