“Staff was very accommodating and was really helpful and kind. We checked in late and made it easy for us to get in. We left some items behind and the cleaning staff returned it to front desk and gave us a call about the items that were left behind. They mailed it to us and we are thankful for their great service! The place is wonderful and the view is amazing. It is right across the street from the waterfront. I would highly recommend this place and would go back again.”

“I can't say enough positive things about this hotel! The staff were so friendly and helpful, the lobby was big and open and welcoming. The room we had was a king size bed and queen size bed, with a couch. The room was so large, the beds so incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. The breakfast had good food with lots of variety. Would recommend this hotel to everyone! Thank you for a lovely stay!”

“Everything was great except that the elevator wasn’t working and I had to carry my luggage to the 4th floor through the stairs, other than that everything was good. The lady serving the breakfast was very friendly and helpful.”

“No where on the booking site nor did they explain at checkin that there was a fee to park at the hotel. I would not have booked and I wouldn't have parked in the parking garage had it been explained to me at check in or on the actual booking site..... Just another hide fee.”

“Good hotel parking is a pain because they only have a garage and if you have a full-size vehicle it is very very tight! The front desk staff is about as helpful as asking a leper for skin care advise. Rude, non helpful, lackadaisical in their duties and never at the front desk. Best Western doesn’t honor its point system of you book through Expedia or any other third party, so rather than see it as “thank you patron for giving us business in an economically down turned economy” they took the...

“Room was "old" and marginally maintained. For example the outside door closed, but there was noticeably daylight showing all around. Wind and "weather could certainly come in through. Toilet seat was not properly attached. Shower enclosure was "repaired" with non-matching paint. Small spots of peeling paint on walls. Bed linens were clean and comfortable.”
