“Such a cute place! The room was clean and comfy. Loved the in room fireplace and beautiful bathroom. There was a common area stocked with games, hot drink options and snacks. The hotel overlooks the harbor and there are outdoor seating areas to take in the sunset and views. Easy to walk to shops and dining options. ”

“Room carpet was dirty and sticky. They still put us in a pet room even though we dont have pets. Breakfast wasnt even worth waking up for. Will never stay at a best western again if this is the standard ”

“They need Better pillows, also quiet hours weren’t really a thing, I got woken up a lot from voices in the other room or in the hallway. Overall the place was nice and clean. Very friendly owners as well. ”

“After the recent remodel, this is a great, affordable option. The on site restaurant and bar is fantastic, and the rooms are fresh and comfortable. They did a great job updated this property and is now my go to hotel with an awesome location as well being close to bars and restaurants. ”

“They seemed to be having a staffing issue when we were there. Check in and service at the bar were painfully slow. The staff was friendly despite this. Location is good as it’s close to many downtown attractions and restaurants. ”

“The hotel has just been remodeled and everything was clean and new. The breakfast buffet was good, with a number of options. Elsa at the front desk was great! She helped us get checked in early because of a business function that we'd be attending. And then made sure that we had parking in the underground parking lot. She was friendly, professional, and happy. Next time we're going to the Tacoma Dome, we'll stay at this hotel.”

“The rooms and main floor were very cleanly. The breakfast options were great and I wouldn’t change a thing with that part. I wish there was more parking as we couldn’t find parking. There were two trucks that took up 6 stalls so that didn’t help. The fitness centre was lacking in options. ”

“Good and convenient place for rest and easy access to the freeway. Big, spacious and clean for parking, lobby and room. Checking staff was nice and very friendly. She suggested where to go for dinner and drink around the area. They do sell a handful of snacks, drinks plus cup of noodle. Breakfast is included but it was basic so don’t expect much of it. Overall, good stayed with good service. ”

“A lot of noises the blankets itched the bathtub had no curtains ”

“Maybe check the room before entry The bathroom was not clean the toilet was not working the shower head was dirty. The floor was sticky next to the bed yeah.”
