“Very clean room, nice location ”

“I booked the hotel and then canceled it. I called the front desk for the cancellation and they told me that they would cancel and refund with a penalty. Half month later, I noticed that I did not receive the refund. I called them and contacted Expedia. But, very surprisingly they said they would not refund anything. I explained again and again what happened and what the hotel had told me before. Finally they said ”

“Breakfast was stale English muffin and luke warm coffee. Didn't bother to try it my second morning. Disappointed. ”

“After the recent remodel, this is a great, affordable option. The on site restaurant and bar is fantastic, and the rooms are fresh and comfortable. They did a great job updated this property and is now my go to hotel with an awesome location as well being close to bars and restaurants. ”

“The hotel needs a good cleaning. The staff were very standoff’ish and seemed to go out of their way to ignore everyone. Refreshment center was a mess, and no one seemed to be refreshing or restocking it !!!”

“The room was clean but smelled VERY strongly of cleaning product chemicals when we arrived at 5pm. We left and returned at 9pm and the smell was still strong. It is directly across the street from EQC casino and a busy road so it is VERY loud. We could not sleep the entire night. They require a $60 in cash only deposit that you get back at check out. Just fyi. The parking was easy and close to the room. There were rooms designated on the bottom floor for people with disabilities that were...

“Continental breakfast I don’t believe it qualifies to be called a continental breakfast. It’s a nice little snack, but far from my breakfast.”

“We chose this property for it's location. We appreciated our vehicle being in a locked secure parking area. Our TV didn't work when we arrived back late on our first night, and the front desk gal came up and tried to help, but when that didn't work, she gave us a new room (and personally checked to see if the TV was working!) Our beds and bedding were 100% comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was awesome!! A good stay!”

“Room was perfectly cleaned on arrivle, good upgrades to the room like apps on the tv and a keurig coffee maker there werent enough towels but the staff was quick and friendly to provide more as needed.”

“Could not enter lobby. Had to do transaction through a "ticket window". Had to sign the back of a "paper". He said he needed that for expedia. Room was horrific soiled bedding, cigarette burns in bedding, etc. People walking on the outside of rooms looking in the windows. I went back to the window and told him I wouldn't stay there and that I wanted a refund. He said he would ask Expedia to refund it.I just wanted out of there. Actually very scared and uncomfortable.”
