“The parking was unavailable. The rooftop bar was closed. The bathroom floor was sticky. A towel from the previous guest was still hanging behind the door. The closet light was not operating. There was no room safe available. Our room was next to something creating a continuous obnoxious hum All. Night. Long. The walls were so thin that we could hear the conversation of our neighbors at 7:30am! The best part was the small coffee shop that had delicious croissant and cheese sandwiches.”

“Nice hotel. Clean and comfortable beds. Our room didn’t have a shower curtain so the staff had to run one up to me. I put it on myself. Family in another room the toilet ran constantly but they resolved that too. Only issue was that we found out once we checked in that they charge you to park your vehicle there ($15). Never heard of that one but whatever. Be nice to know that in advance as it could somewhat affect our choice of stay”
