“This hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The shuttle service was stand out for me traveling for a conference and needing just to get places within a short distance of the hotel. I did not try the restaurant but it’s always nice to have that option in the hotel. ”

“The hotel is definitely not up to Hilton standard. I got my first room with broken curtain and phone. After changing the room, the 2nd one had a malfunctioning toilet. The staff is not bad, actually friendly and helpful. But the room maintained is poor”

“Room wise, it was amazing. We got a grand bear suite on the second floor, but it was totally quiet (despite sharing the floor with the main lobby and gift shop/starbucks). The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. The waterpark was fun for our kids. I do feel like it was less crowded (Sunday-Monday in May before school gets out)- so I imagine our experience was unique.”

“Lobby look newly refurbished. Butbthe rest of the hotel isnt. The pool was out and that was the main reason we booked there. Our main plans weren't till the next and we wanted a chill evening in the pool.”

“Hotel was adequate for a nights stay as we had an early doctor appointment the next morning. Many restaurants nearby - some walking distance. Had trouble with room keys not working for more than 1-2X. Had coffee and some breakfast items in the morning. Allow pets.”

“I liked that the property is located close to the airport. The staff did not engage at all besides helping me with checking in/out. I was not provided any info regarding the gym, pool, hours of the bar and/or breakfast hours. The property advertises airport pickup/drop off but when I tried to schedule airport pickup I was told to call them once I land in DFW. I found that a bit odd and not convenient because this could have been scheduled prior hand but instead they advise you to wait...
