“Great calue”

“We stayed for 1 night at the North Charleston Holiday Inn. Clean room, great breakfast, nice and friendly staff too. My niece's (14 & 15 years old) wanted to swim and the pool closed at 8pm, which made them unable to use it. Front desk agent was very friendly about informing us when we were heading that way. Would have liked to know the pool hours in advance but everything else was good.”

“The outdoor of the property was very clean. Except for my room it had a very high smell of urine and dog hairs on the carpet. Also one of The under cupboard handle was broken. I spoke to a young man by the front desk and he says he would have sent a maintenance man but no one came.. house keeping cleaned the room on the second day a the high urine spell wasn’t as high anymore. Other than that the hotel was ok.”

“Room and facility overall was very clean in Summerville SC location. Staff at check-in and breakfast were efficient and pleasant to work with. I had to book a stopover for my trip home and I have reserved a room at another Hampton Inn based on this stay.”

“Great location, close to a lot of restaurants and a good value for the money. Accessing the hotel wifi is problematic, had to use my cell phone mobile hot spot this last trip.”

“Parking is NOT free! 6.95 an night and you will get a ticket. I did not but saw plenty who did…. Location is nice and lots of food within walking distance in the area. Breakfast was hotel breakfast… Room was clean. Shower was great. Bed was very comfortable. A/C could have been a little better but it cooled the room just not as cool as I would have liked, especially when it was 105 outside. Pool area looked nice although I did not use. All in all a great place to stay. Would stay again!”

“I booked this hotel through Expedia and was not made aware of any parking charges during the booking process. When I checked in, no one informed me about the parking fee either. Later, when I questioned the charge, the front desk employee told me it was listed on the DoubleTree website. I explained that I booked through Expedia and therefore did not see the information on the hotel’s direct booking site. Unfortunately, the interaction with the front desk was disappointing. The employee was rude...
