“Key cards weren't working, had to be escorted to our room by security. Had to keep someone in the room during trips outside or around the property, otherwise we'd have to wait for security to bring us to our room again. No free continental breakfast, not sure why I'd pay $14.95 for a mediocre hotel breakfast.
