“Parking was okay just a very tight street to get to location”

“This experience has been really bad.... We were supposed to have a nice garden view room... instead we got a room on the parking with view on the delivery trucks..,, and hearing all people coming and going”

“Stayed in a one bedroom apartment. It had everything you needed for a long stay, good sized fridge, dishwasher, cooktop, microwave, TV in the bedroom and lounge, washing machine and dryer. Nice and tidy and clean. Good location near shopping mall and not far from Henderson centre. If you want parking make sure you book before you arrive as it is limited.”

“Easy parking and reasonably secure. Even though the motel is on the very busy Great North Road we didn't hear traffic noise. Rooms were spotless. A few more kitchen utensils would be handy, such as a microwave oven dish. Overall a very pleasant three night stay.”

“Rooms are spacious, bed does split in the middle when you’re laying on it or do any big movement, though is super comfy. Blinds are not black out, you still see light coming through the middle gap or sides. The common areas are really nice. Staff are welcoming and free parking available on the road right outside hotel if you’re not wanting to pay for parking. ”

“No staff per se. But I liked that. Good hotel and amazing price for the cleanliness. Stayed for only one night. Got a decent sleep.”

“Very good stay. Room is small but cozy. I got a 10 dollar food voucher everyday because I did not need room service, and what was enough to pay for my breakfast at cafe.”

“You get what you pay for here. Overall the room was acceptable for the price we paid for it. Ac was a necessary addition that I’m glad they had. Slight stain on the bedsheets, and the shower was okay. There was no mention before booking that you had to pay to park on the property. 30 dollars a night. Would stay again for one night only. Staff was very helpful and kind! Front desk took care of us with a great attitude.”

“Motel standard ma pulito e piú che dignitoso, parcheggio interno e personale gentile (ma in NZ è la norma). Si raggiungono i ristoranti di Ponsonby a piedi in pochi minuti, il centro cittá in una ventina (in salita al ritorno). Davanti alla struttura c'è anche la fermata dell'autobus, davvero in posizione strategica!”

“All the staff we interacted with were all very respectful and caring and made myself and my 2 year old daughter feel at home here. The service was amazing. The hotel was so clean and more importantly it felt safe for us all. ”
