“Great stay. Rooms were clean and serviced well. Facilities were a little on the older side but decent for the price. The listing said there was access to an off-sire gym but this was confirmed as false by the reception staff upon check-in. Location was also nice, walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants not too far. Parking was full but street parking from 6pm to 8am is free so worked out fine for me. ”

“This experience has been really bad.... We were supposed to have a nice garden view room... instead we got a room on the parking with view on the delivery trucks..,, and hearing all people coming and going”

“Parking was easy and safe, we found the place without a problem. There was a great dumpling house and tea shop down the road so dinner was sorted! We got their late and the owner had contacted us so we knew where the key was etc but we didn’t have the wifi password, and when we rang we didn’t get an answer. The next day we also had to leave early and despite ringing the bell couldn’t speak to anyone then either. The place overall was lovely, clean and safe which are main priorities but a key...

“I paid for an Elite King room and I got a room overlooking the side of the building where the grid and utilities are. I would think for an uncharge, I would not get a room with zero view. I traveled all the way from America to stay there, so it was depressing to open the drapes and see that everyday. I should not have pay for a premium room to get that view.”

“We have been travelling to 6 different cities in NZ and this by far was the best hotel. Loved every thing about it from the layout of the rooms, amenities, courteous staff. The breakfast was included. It was amazing! It had the best value for your money. Well done !”

“Motel standard ma pulito e piú che dignitoso, parcheggio interno e personale gentile (ma in NZ è la norma). Si raggiungono i ristoranti di Ponsonby a piedi in pochi minuti, il centro cittá in una ventina (in salita al ritorno). Davanti alla struttura c'è anche la fermata dell'autobus, davvero in posizione strategica!”
