“Paid parking was great and super helpful. Staff were friendly. Premises were well maintained, clean, and tidy. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, towels were clean and soft and bed was super comfy and clean. Would highly recommend stay here.”

“Reception staff were very welcoming, friendly and most importantly their smiles seemed genuine. Instructions for the basement car parking was made very clear. Note to management: give the girls a nicer uniform, make it modern and get rid of the grey colour. The girls smiles made up for the dull uniform. The first room I was allocated, was clean but the bathroom door was not hung well. This created a wide gap between the wall and door whereby personal privacy in the bathroo was an issue....

“Lovely new clean hotel. Room had all day sun, was nice and quiet considering the central location. Fast room service, well equipped gym with great view. Good breakfast buffet. Great location. Fantastically priced hotel, will definitely recommend and stay again.”

“Modern, comfortable and easy. Great to have a car park. Little snack basket is a great touch. Acoustics were the only issue where you could hear the neighbouring units talking. Cleaning good but a few little things that caught my eye. Great place!”

“I absolutely loved this property it had the right amount of busy but calm/quiet charm in a safe suburb at the right times. Staff both front desk and back house excellent service provided. As a single female traveling alone as a lot of us are doing these days the parking arrangements are safe, simple and easy. The safety of this property for me was above reproach and I’ve travelled quite extensively during my time on active duty. I greatly recommend getting a garden view room and highly regard...

“Motel standard ma pulito e piú che dignitoso, parcheggio interno e personale gentile (ma in NZ è la norma). Si raggiungono i ristoranti di Ponsonby a piedi in pochi minuti, il centro cittá in una ventina (in salita al ritorno). Davanti alla struttura c'è anche la fermata dell'autobus, davvero in posizione strategica!”
